Your day to day
Barista positions have arisen to join our Burr & Co team. The Burr & Co Barista role is to provide a memorable, friendly and delicious hot-beverage experience for every guest, every time. The Barista plays an integral role in the Burr & Co Team by offering their specialist skills and knowledge for coffee offering, which naturally live the values, promote the brand and venue reputation.
What we need from you
Shifts are flexible on a casual basis over the weekend period.We’re looking for someone who is naturally passionate about creating a great hospitality environment that delivers fantastic customer service. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, in addition you will:
Be engaging, outgoing and confident
Have an eye for detail
Find achieving great customer service highly motivating
