Your day to day
Join us as a Personal Assistant to General Manager in Crowne Plaza Doha West Bay. You'll have ambition, talent and obviously an extensive key skills as well as passion and commitment in delivering excellent administrative support. Because, for this vital role, we're looking for someone who can provide overall organization and coordination for the General Manager's Office and oversee the smooth running of the Department’s Administrative functions and general office management.
What we need from you
With a formal Secretarial Qualification/Minimum A Level Qualification coupled with 2+ years work-related experience. With excellent command in English (Oral and Written), shorthand and ability to type 65 wpm, technology focused / strong PC skills, excellent coordination and organizational skills, with attention to detail, ability to understand nonverbal communications I.E. ability to understand body language and with experience in working for expatriate in multinational company
