Your day to day

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets each guest with a warm, friendly smile.

  • Welcomes guest to the hotel and offers assistance to all guests and holds responsibility of completion and follow up on all wishes of guests arriving at the hotel.

  • Assists and follows up with any guest requests and answers all guest questions.

  • Gives recommendation on facilities and makes recommendations.

  • Ensures immaculate grooming and consistent politeness to all customers.

  • Regularly interacts and engages with customers and collects and records feedback.

  • Ensures that lobby team is on duty and that discrepancies are reported to their supervisors.

  • Ensures product knowledge is up to date and to ensure to be aware of local events, venues and transportation options.

  • Assists meeting and greeting VIP guests in cooperation with the Guest Relations Team.

  • Ensures familiar with hotel occupancy, functions and guests arriving at the hotel.

  • Supports the Front Office, Guest relations and Club Lounge Operation

  • Attends and acts on the different guest requests and complaints.

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate

  • Reports Security Risks to Management.

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software.
