Your day to day

  • Assists Club Concierges with inquiries, questions, and any guest related item in the hotel

  • Deliver flowers, newspapers, faxes, packages, and other amenities to guest rooms on Club Floor

  • Assists Concierge with food and beverage requirements, food orders, supplies, and clean up

  • Retrieve packages from loading dock, log them in, arrange package room and deliver to guests on Club Floor

  • Leave messages regarding guest faxes, packages, and other amenities on Club Floor

  • Run errands outside of the hotel to include but not limited to postage stamps, theatre tickets, shoe repair, laundry, shopping, drug store, etc. for Club Floor

  • Provide guests with comprehensive information about hotel services, places of interest, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing, tours, and other information of interest

  • Assist guests with, but not limited to, theatre/airline/rail tickets, transportation, and restaurant reservations and provide guests with information on outside facilities and services

  • Handle guests' services such as mail, keys, postage, messages, and paging

  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments

  • Be aware and prepare for all in-house group meetings and VIP arrivals

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What we need from you

  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and third parties

  • Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing departmental records/logs, tagging bags, etc.

  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50lbs

  • Handling objects such as phone and computer keyboard

  • May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
