Our beachside hotel is looking for Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team.
Your day to day
Working alongside an amazing team of personality plus professionals you will be responsible for all things the venue/restaurant can throw at you during a shift! All while leading a team of young outgoing staff. No shift will be the same as you roll from street food to champagne, from parties to punters, from rock stars to retirees, from locals to lads. You will be in charge for all day to day operations including. staff management, entertainer liaison, customer service, cashiering, functions and events, service standards, venue atmosphere and ensuring the venue is compliant with all licensing legislation.

You will have pride, you will own your responsibility to impact the guests experience. You will have experience in similar fast paced , multi faceted venues. You will have a thirst to learn and a desire to grow in this role. You will have a great sense of humour and work ethic to match.
