Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into our intimate Club InterContinental lounge, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Club Lounge Attendant, you’ll be the person our VIPs rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

What we need from you

You will use your previous Food & Beverage and Front Office experience and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification to look after our guests, providing service throughout the day including breakfast, afternoon tea or twilight drinks and canapes. Your presentation and time management skills are crucial as you will also be coordinating and delivering amenities.
