InterContinental Sydney is located close to the Opera House and Botanical Gardens with sweeping views over the harbour. We are now looking for a Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our team.

You'll be responsible for organising kitchen operations and preparing a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the kitchen department as required.

Ideally you'll have at least three year's experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment or fine dining restaurant. You'll be a confident, creative person and bring with you a positive and genuine attitude to provide authentic and memorable experiences for our guests. You'll have outstanding culinary skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with a proven track record to work autonomously. You are familiar with large operation, able to multi task and have a qualification in Commercial Cookery. You'll have strong knowledge of HACCP and working a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays will suit your lifestyle.
