Your day to day

We are looking for a Team Admin Assistant based in Sydney , who will support the Design & Engineering team and New Hotels Openings team that supports IHG’s success in Australasia & Japan.

This role will provide Admin support to the overall team as directed by the Senior Director, Design & Engineering - Australasia. The role will have extensive internal and external stakeholder management with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, tasks and people. The Team Assistant supports the Senior Director Design & Engineering on activities associated with all systems, tools and administrative tasks in accordance with all applicable IHG standards, as well as assists with regional projects and ensures day to day activities are effectively organized and promotes a positive team culture and helps our colleagues bring our brands to life.

What we need from you

Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience in administrative / office support or related experience. Demonstrated strong/advanced PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-mail, etc.), Strong organization, prioritization and work co-ordination skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to seamlessly deliver with little or no supervision. Ability to take initiative and follow through with tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a cross section of stakeholders including colleagues and Owners
