Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, event coordination and administration, support the conference and events team with the day-to-day conference activities, and analyse competitor products, sales tactics and pricing.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be part of a dynamic team that are responsible for responding to and converting wedding, conference and event enquiries. As Crowne Meetings Manager you will work to manage events, ensuring deadlines and budgets are achieved. You will have a complete understanding of food & beverage operations within a functions and conferencing environment and ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders whilst maintaining a focus on providing an exceptional service culture.



you'll have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Meeting & Events Supervisor

or Outlet Manager with banquets experience, have excellent communication

skills, written and oral with proficiency in English and local languages. The

ability to work irregulars hours, late evenings and weekends when appropriate

and be computer literate - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Please note working knowledge of Delphi/Delphi fdc is a preference for this role.
