At the moment we're looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, EMEAA to join our fun and energetic team at Singapore Corporate Office.

Your day to day

Job Summary

Support Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in providing business partnering support in

EMEAA; help support delivery of Global finance strategy in EMEAA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help deliver the EMEAA regional strategy through strong business partnering, ensuring P&L and System Funds are deployed efficiently to drive required results.

  • Provide support to and deputise for Head of FP&A where relevant, helping to drive the Global Finance strategy in Europe

  • Provide robust financial analysis to shape key business decisions, investments and strategic projects

  • Ensure SOX compliance and a clean audit

  • Effective interaction with CoE colleagues to ensure efficient delivery of analytics to support timely business decisions.

  • Europe S&M overhead cost and activity spend within budget

  • Ability to sustain high impact, trusted relationships

  • Good understanding of hotel operations and hospitality accounting

  • Detailed, commercial understanding of P&L and system fund.

  • Awareness of key commercial and marketing drivers of IHG performance

  • Systems knowledge and ability to access and interpret data analytics

  • (Op model parameters)

  • Strong relationships with EMEAA Commercial, Finance and GFP&A teams

  • Effective and timely support from indirect teams in CoE, SSC and BSC to enable delivery

  • Secures appropriate advice and guidance from specialist areas of finance

  • Delivery of Europe financial targets

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have a recognized degree with 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, preferably in hospitality related industry, underpinned by experience in multiple disciplines within a Global Finance function.

  • Experience business partnering, and challenging & communicating with senior leadership in a complex matrix organization

  • Good relationship management, verbal and written communication and strategic & analytical skills.
