Your day to day
As a Chef De Partie (Pastry), you will work in our Pastry Kitchen and assist in the day to day operations. You will prepare and present pastries made from the finest ingredients and delight our guests. You will guide new trainees and new colleagues in the pastry kitchen operations.
What we need from you
Ideally you have worked in a hotel Pastry kitchen environment for at least 2 years and have at least a Diploma in Baking.
