for someone who will be responsible to:


. Assign rooms for arriving guests


Provides efficient and professional service to all guests


Promotes in-house services & facilities


Keeps an accurate room status at all times


Handles complaints efficiently and promptly


Handles guest’s needs, inquiries & requests.


Ensures all pertinent information in recorded on registration book


Reports daily activity on log book


Handles guest complaints immediately and follow-up on action



Complies with health, safety and hygiene policy


Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
