Your day to day
As the Marketing Manager at Crowne Plaza Riyadh - RDC you will be the key custodian of the Crowne Plaza Riyadh - RDC brand. Critical to this role is the ability to conceptualise, plan and direct all marketing, communication & PR activities through profitable channels with a strong emphasis on public and media relations, social media and digital advertising.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing this role promotes timely, quality and positive communications in order to drive total Hotel & Resort revenues year round.
Developing and driving our owned channels, microsite and brand website effectiveness will be the key to increasing customer loyalty, attracting new business and driving conversion.
This is a high-profile, challenging and varied role. As such, we need a dynamic, hands-on individual who brings both practical experience and creative inspiration to achieve the goals of the position.
What we need from you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success within digital and social media marketing
Demonstrated experience in liaising with senior management/directors/owners
Strong organisational and influencing skills with a record of consistently delivering results as per business priorities
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations campaigns
Strong creative, strategic and analytical abilities
Experience developing and managing budgets, hiring, training, developing, supervising and evaluating team member performance
Experience overseeing the design and production of digital and print materials
Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with all team members, stakeholders and key contacts
Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities at a time
