Join us as a Night Manager in Crowne Plaza Queenstown . You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who is responsible for all matters pertaining to guest service and hotel operations. You will ensure guests receive seamless service throughout the hotel, liaise with all departments and act promptly on any issues that require immediate resolution putting the guest experience at the heart of everything you do.
You will be confident to take control in a range of hotel emergency situations and be available to work the night shifts from 11 pm until 7.30 am on a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays.
Ideally, you'll have a minimum 2 years experience in a hotel front office department with a minimum 1 year experience as a team leader, shift supervisor or Duty Manager. You'll have proven excellent guest relations focus, problem solving and time management skills with a can do attitude. A working knowledge of Opera PMS and Micros would be advantageous.
