InterContinental Perth City Centre is a 240-room design orientated hotel in the heart of Perth’s CBD. Focused on corporate and transient market we focus on bringing the InterContinental personalised service to life.
We are looking for a Part Time Bell Attendant to join our charming, confident and internationally minded team who know how to exceed guest expectations at InterContinental Perth City Centre.
As a Bell Attendant, you will act as the first point of contact when a guest arrives at the hotel and be prompt to guest requests taking care of their baggage and managing their arrival, including parking of cars.
You'll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You'll ensure sure our guests feel welcome each time they are connected to Perth.
Ideally you'll have at least one year experience in a similar or customer service role in a hotel environment, have the ability to communicate at all levels and have a real passion for ensuring our guests enjoy an effortless stay.
You will also be required to have a full WA drivers license and ongoing availability to work rostered across 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.
Candidates must have unrestricted and unlimited working rights for Australia.
