To guide our guest to his/her guest room, To carry or pick up our guest's baggage to his/her guest room, To keep our guests' baggage or bags or at the cloakroom, To give our guests the information on hotel floor map, facilities and equipment, restaurants and so on, neighborhood facilities, tourist areas and so on. To arrange Package-delivery service and taxi, To take care of various kinds of requests from our guests.
