Crowne Plaza is looking to grow its team of Reception Superstars, we are looking for a Part Time team member to come and join our hotel family.
Our reception team are the face of the Hotel, you will showcase true hospitality to guests and colleagues alike, helping us become the number 1 hotel in Newcastle!
The hotel boasts an impressive 251 bedrooms, Hawthorns Restaurant, Gin Bar and our award winning Mineral House Spa.
The meeting and events space is vast and can cater for up to 500 people, making us the number 1 choice for corporate events, banquets, weddings and much more!
Ensure a seamless and personal guest journey
Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner
Process check in and check out of our guests ensuring that all requirements are met during their stay.
Be a point of contact for our guests should they have any queries, providing assistance and delivering amazing hospitality.
Relationship building with all departments
You will be part of a team of 9 working varying shift times from 6.30am - 11.00pm Mon - Sun
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience of working with a PMS system (Opera Fidelio) desirable
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Word
Be well presented
You must have a passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile
Strong attention to detail
