Your day to day

Under the guidance of the Reservations Supervisor, assist in overseeing the operations of the reservations department with a focus on group reservations. You will ensure guest service standards are upheld, yield and occupancy management are achieved to budget and that group blocks are managed effectively (both from a client perspective as well as accurate system management).You will communicate with all departments with regards to movement, arrivals and departures of guests and groups whilst being instrumental in the implementation of operational plans to meet the hotel sales and revenue targets.

What we need from you

Ideally, you will have minimum 1 year experience in front office/reservations or in the customer service industry. Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential. Proficiency with Opera or another PMS system is preferable but not essential.Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential. You will possess energy, passion and have a strong background in customer service.
