Your day to day
Located in the vibrant and diverse precinct of Potts Point, Holiday Inn Potts Point is a part of the on-going revitalisation of East Sydney which includes some of the best restaurants, theatres and retailers in town – and we are currently looking for a full-time Guest Service Agent to join our team!
As the face of the hotel, your dynamic personality and superior communication skills will enable you to relate with our guests whilst identifying and anticipating their needs. This means on the daily you’ll be liaising directly with our guests face-to-face, creating a memorable check in and out, settling of accounts, responding to phone queries and reservations, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area.
What we need from you
Experience in reservations/front office/reception
Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential– we’ll teach you our systems during on-boarding
Vibrant personality with an oozing passion for customer service
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills
Team player with a collaborative approach to work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
