Some of the duties and responsibilities for this position are to: -

  • Demonstrate the highest standards of guest care.

  • Assisting guests by opening and closing car doors and removing luggage from cars or taxis.

  • Direct arriving guests to the reception desk.

  • Assisting guests with all enquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of London including directions to key points of interests.

  • Previous experience in relevant hotel operations

  • Candidates must have reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Additional languages a plus.

  • All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including weekends, nights and bank holidays.

  • Must have the drive and passion to succeed at the highest level

  • Must have clean UK/EU Driving License

  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK & must be in possession of the relevant passport and visa.
