In accordance with our brand standards, the Head Porter’s main role is to:
Train and develop the skills of the porter associates
Ensure the cleaning and preparation of the guests rooms and public areas
Ensure the cleaning of all the food and beverage outlets, events space, valet operations, guest laundry opinions
Ensure the distribution uniforms is correct and cleaned within a timely manner
Ensure the handling of bed and table linen is correct and cleaned within a timely manner

Good level of spoken and written English
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Proven supervisory skills
Not afraid to get your hands dirty and stuck in
Ability to work in a high volume role under pressure
Good MS Applications knowledge.
