§ The attendants are responsible for ensuring that all areas within the Spa are set-up and maintained in the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and operations.

§ Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

§ Demonstrates co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments.

§ Prepare, set up and when necessary clean the guest areas within the spa

§ Answer all calls within 3 rings using the guest surname at appropriate time throughout conversation.

§ Provides accurate information and responds to guests questions regarding the resort’s facilities, services and activities.

§ Understands the benefit of each treatment and is able to explain this to the guest.

§ Ensure the set-up, cleanliness, hygiene of Spa facilities are consistently maintained

§ Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to keep the area clean and with zero defects

§ Maintain the highest levels of hygiene at all times.

§ Maintain the highest standard of personal grooming and hygiene as instructed by company.

§ Capable of handling other duties as assigned by supervisors/Manager.

§ Maintain the highest level of cleanliness within the surrounding areas.

§ Builds and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

§ Understand and anticipates customer’s needs, takes action to address customer needs and strives to exceed customer expectation.

§ Ensure care and attention is provided at all time to meet the guest satisfaction.

§ Maintains the highest level of discretion and privacy during the guest present.

§ Maintains a soft tone during conversation with colleagues, guests and on the phone.

§ Refrain from any unnecessary conversation whilst within Spa treatments areas.

§ Understands and takes into account the global nature of business.

§ Works effectively with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries

§ Knows where to get the linen and treatment products.

§ Knowledge of standard set-up of room treatments, Locker rooms, Wet areas, Showers, Sauna, Steam Rooms and guest relaxation areas.

§ Send dirty linen to laundry and pick up clean linen from laundry-runners.

§ Check and report daily operational products for ordering

§ Take responsibility in apply hotel safety & Security standard into daily operation

§ All job assigned by supervisor.


Required Skills –

· Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

· Able to read and write English - Chinese

  • Special skill Chinese massage.

Experience –

· 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
