As the Chief Concierge you will be the face of our brand and the service culture and have the opportunity to lead and manage the Concierge and Bell team, as well as have influence across all areas of the Resort. You will be responsible for the smooth coordination and supervision of the guest arrival and departure experience, and act as welcome and farewell representative of the Resort, empowering your team to deliver the same unrivalled experience and memories.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager and working alongside the Assistant Front Office Manager on the guest experience; you will be required to coach and inspire your team to ensure they have outstanding knowledge of the Resort products and services as well as a good knowledge of the Gold Coast area. Ensuring all guests’ needs, queries and problems are anticipated and resolved, you will also help promote and sell our Resorts unique facilities.


For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who is driven, a great communicator and looking for an opportunity to grow their Concierge career in a role where they can combine strategic and operational thinking and make it their own. Ideally, you’ll be a member of the Les Clefs d’Or network and have previous experience in a Resort environment. You must also meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
