The Business Support Coordinator supports the team to ensure continuous support and maintenance of the I Plan tools used in all managed and owned IHG hotels across all regions. The I Plan team is responsible for the financial hotel planning processes (Forecasting and Budgeting) for Operational Finance including the support and maintenance of the related software applications (EFPM, HOP and Capex Planner). Additionally, the team is supporting the Hotel Operations with the Labor Productivity bench marking system - MYTIME. The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the business and technical support activities internally and with the 3rd Party software vendors. The role is responsible to maintain and organize the I Plan system related documentation, manuals, and related online content management. In addition, the role supports the different project leaders with the development coordination. Furthermore, the role is involved in the global user training, on boarding offer for all I Plan systems as appropriate with a focus on the Capex Planner and the region EMEAA
Support the regional and global BSMs within I Plan in all aspects of the I Plan projects globally
Coordinate the global business support of the I Plan projects together with regional Managers
Ensure all available support documents are up to date and new support documents are established according to needs.
Coordinate and support Trainings to all I Plan System Users.
Keep track and follow up on all technical (with vendor) and business requests to ensure quick and efficient business support.
Support the Manager to Improve and develop the I Plan project items through feedback workshops from the operators
Support the development and implementation of the Enhanced Forecasting & Planning Model (EFPM) software versions updates and Hotel Online Planning (HOP) for Budget, Forecast and Actual processes
Support/Develop the Capital Planning application and processes together with Manager and relevant key departments
Coordinate and support beta testing of I Plan applications with test hotels and Super Users before deployment
Supporting MYTIME system development and support the project BSM with coordination of global business support
What we are looking for
Degree from Hotel Management School in Business Administration or comparable in Finance, Business, Hospitality Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experienced in Office Management - Technically savvy and experience in computerized financial systems.
Good communication skills

Skills to understand complexity of several tasks
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationship across cultural boundaries.
Reliable and able to work according to deadlines
Knowledge of Uniform System of Accounts.
Fluent in English (reading and writing).
