Your day to day
We are currently recruiting for a full-time PR & Social Media Executive to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. As a PR & Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for working closely and assisting the Digital/ Marketing Manager on Social Media strategy to help enhance and protect the brands while adhering to Hotel policies and procedures and your role will include key responsibilities such as: • Oversees all company social media accounts management• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. e.g. Social post and short videography on social channels.• Monitors, tracks and maintain information about competitors' marketing and communication activities in Dubai market (promotions, offer, articles, advertising, collateral) and to develop and update a filing system for all information• Track and maintain information on Food & Beverage trends and competitors’ activities not limited to social media channels.Ensure the correct policy and brand standards are followed by the hotel in all marketing collateral, advertising, and Ecommerce
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality-oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software preferable.
