Key Responsibilities

You will be reporting into the Head of Global Luxury PR and EMEAA All-Brands to develop and deliver PR campaigns across the IMEA region (India, Middle East and Africa).

You will execute cut-through consumer PR that increases awareness and preference. You will own key metrics supporting brand awareness, brand preference and media coverage, such as volume, sentiment and messaging, throughout the IMEA region.

  • Focus on big ideas for brand PR that wins the hearts and minds of consumers, and set our brands apart from the competition

  • Develop and manage the IMEA PR calendar Lead the development and enable the implementation of external PR activity across IMEA to deliver global brand objectives, working alongside team members across GCA

  • Daily management of an agency network to ensure alignment, consistency, efficiency, effectiveness and value for money

  • Establish positioning platforms and key messaging that differentiate our brands and makes them locally relevant whilst delivering global requirements

  • Training, advice and support to key management as required. Subject matter expert on ˜great PR Effective reporting, performance data and analytics to measure PR ROI

  • Establish and maintain media relationships with media outlets

What we are looking for

You will be educated to degree level, with a relevant degree to Marketing or PR functions with a combination of work experience. This will include at least 5 years work experience within external communications, preferably in an international matrix organisation.

Similarly, you will need knowledge of the IMEA Media landscape. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, with the ability to be creative and innovative in solving problems.

You be organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. You have experience of agency management and will be extremely comfortable and confident to deal with a range of stakeholders at all levels that have differing needs
