You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because,
for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who has the passion to Champion
Change, and Drive Results in a challenging, and dynamic environment.
As a Junior Sous Chef , you should be
knowledgeable about all the operational nuances of the Kitchen department. You
will be reporting to the Executive Chef, and will be responsible for
contributing to the menu creation, managing and training the team. You will
also be responsible for maintaining the quality of the menu and managing the
food costs, and ensure Guest satisfaction, and brand compliance to the Food
& Beverage offering of the hotel.

planning and organizing skills
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Hospitality
A minimum of 3 years of experience of working
at a hotel with multiple outlets in a Supervisory position
knowledge of food cost management, and menu creation.
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows,
and FBM software
