Join us as an Front Office Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) at Crowne Plaza Dubai - Deira. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will supervise Front Desk operation during scheduled shifts, ensuring that all guests are treated efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.To ensure that all Front Desk associates adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, regulations and standards, while striving towards total guest satisfaction. .

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will ensure that all supplies are well maintained. Control costs as much as you can.Review credit report and take appropriate action to resolve all problems. Ensure that all guests do not carry any unusual outstanding balances.Assist in achieving the department goals such as Engagement Survey, Heartbeat, Priority club enrolments and Up Selling.Conduct shift briefing and distribute the daily tasks fairly amongst the shift and ensure tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.Determine weekly schedule, adjust according to business demands.Responsible for the efficient and professional running of the Front Desk, including relationships with other departments. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear proper uniform at all times.Be familiar with the Department’s SOP’s and LSOP’s


For this role you will have Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification or prior experience in hospitality. Strong English and Arabic communication skills. Ability to be self-motivated, organized and demonstrates good team work. You will also have IT Skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and strong Opera knowledge. Minimum two year's of experience is required in similar environment.
