The Chef de Partie supports the Outlet Chef by preparing, presenting,
storing and serving a selection of dishes. Promotes the desired work culture

At the moment we're
looking for a Chef de Partie - CHOIX to join our team at InterContinentalHotels Group® in Dubai Festival City!
responsibilities of this role are to implement a training plan for HACCP,
allergen control, chemical control and glass control, to perform mock recalls
and ensure identification, labeling, and traceability system functions as
planned, and to ensure that all the food safety related documents and records
are up to date, while keeping in mind the Dubai Food Safety Laws and

MiddleEastern and Arabic Regional Dishes
Preparesextensive range of regional food, including appetizers, soups, curries, sauces,dressings
Preparessauces, condiments, seasonings and flavouring agents
Preparesa range of specialty chicken and duck dishes
Preparesa range of specialty seafood dishes
Preparesa range of vegetable dishes
Prepareshot and cold noodle dishes
Preparesspecialty chicken and duck dishes
Preparesa range of vegetable dishes using regional cooking principles and specialtyfood presentation
Performsrelated duties and special projects as assigned
Ideally, you'll havesome or all of the following qualifications and experience we're lookingfor:
MUST have knowledge & experience in French Cuisine
Well rounded experience of at least one year in asimilar role
Good command of spoken/written English
Basic food hygiene certificates
