Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will be responsible for ensuring the amazing PR & Marketing activities to consistently produce the highest quality marketing and promotions.Supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of F&B to market and promote our Hotel and F&B to be as one of the benchmark in line with market trends.
As an Assistant PR & Marketing Manager,you will be responsible for all social media accounts management, Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.Coordinates social media messaging with marketing plan, and quarterly or seasonal hotel goals.Audits and analyses social media presences including research audience preferences and discover current trends.
You will also analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement. Responding to all online reviews including non-brand reviews within 72 hours. Working with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages . Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces. Create engaging text, image and video content. Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products, stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness and facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries. Preparing reports on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans. Overseeing social media accounts’ layout and suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
Also you are responsible primarily for the conception, coordination and execution of a hotel's marketing and community relations plan. This will also include facilitating any campaigns or branding required of the hotel though press releases, media outlets, direct mail, advertising and marketing. You also track and maintain any media coverage whether print, television, or radio. You constantly enhance and adhere to our high quality standards and with your highly professional appearance you enthuse your colleagues and our guest comparably.
For this role ideally you will have Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Social Media and 1-2 year of working of experience in similar environment. Additionally extensive knowledge of social media platforms, web proficiency, computer software proficiency, advertising, copywriting, content creation, public relations and brand marketing experience, proofreading and editing skills. Also strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, proficiency in English is must and Arabic would be an additional advantage.
