At the moment we're looking for Assistant Club

InterContinental Manager to join our energetic and enthusiastic team

of InterContinental Dubai Marina .

The hotel is one of Dubai's five star luxury properties in the heart of the

city with 328 rooms, flexible event space and full service Spa. With over 30

languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an

international five star presence with Mediterranean charm.

You’ll

be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in handling guest

complaints, and follows up on corrective action. You will be utilizing your

interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage the

team members to advocate smooth business operations. You will Serves as a role

model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors. You will be responsible to manage everyday

operations, ensuring the quality and standards are meeting the expectations of

the guests on a daily basis. You

will provide Support in handling guest complaints and resolving grievances and

conflicts in any occurs. You will also be responsible of implementing the guest

recognition/loyalty programs.

You will also assist the team to maximum guest

satisfaction from arrival through departure; ensures that Priority Club members

and other VIP’s consistently receive all benefits, special recognition and

service; Keep up to date and maintenance of repeated guest history system;

ensure that all duties are carried out in line with Hotel policy with high

standards; and promote the desired work culture around the five core values of

InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll have a

minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel front office department with a

minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Club Lounge Manager with a hands on style, who understands and can deliver on

the expectations of luxury from a guest perspective and demonstrated

financial results within similar size hotel operation. You'll have

excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills, have

a working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Opera and

an understanding of point of sales systems such as Micros.
