InterContinental Doha is looking for Talent Resourcing Specialist to join our team.
As a Talent Resourcing Specialist, you will report to the Asst. Human Resources Manager , InterContinental Doha or as otherwise directed by the Hotel. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the business in attracting and retaining talents, align resourcing strategies to our business goals and create the right environment in which our colleagues experience Room to be yourself. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate strategic knowledge of implementing both external resourcing and internal talent activities. Plan, implement and embed the resourcing and selection processes; implement and manage resourcing cycle; manage the web based Talent database and ensure candidates are managed through the recruitment cycle efficiently. The Talent Resourcing Specialist will also be fully involved in general HR activities to support the change process and to contribute to the overall success of the HR strategy.
Ideally, you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing resourcing activities in a 5* or complex/cluster property with multi-cultural environment. Experience of using online recruitment system such as TALEO and competency based interviewing techniques is required.

Ultimately, you will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English. The ideal candidate will be a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision, understand the business and link the business environment to IHG commitments; will be adaptable and flexible with the ability to build relationships, influence, gain trust and support of senior managers. You will have exceptional planning, organizing and coordinating skills with attention to detail; system and data analysis skills; strong operational focus and track record of delivering results and achieving targets; possess a high level of integrity to lead by example and gain respect of peers and colleagues. Additionally, you will need to exercise complete confidentiality and diplomacy.
Middle East or GCC experience is a plus.
