We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic

Lebanese Outlet Manager to join our pre-opening team for this project,

which is expected to open soon. The successful candidate will be under the

supervision of the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Food and


As the

OutletManager, you will assist in managing the effective operation of the

Restaurant. Reporting to the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be

responsible for maximizing all revenue opportunities through effective teamwork

and development and will ensure that Food Quality and Service are delivered to

brand standards.

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Supervisingthe levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, marketing,operating costs and hygiene.

  • Coordinatingand supervising the preparation, presentation and service of food anddrinks to ensure the highest quality at all times.

  • Supervisingand coordinating pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and winelists.

  • Attending Foodand Beverage meetings relating to, but not limited to, the following:overall Food and Beverage financial results and profitability, projectedbusiness, operations results and problems, new policies, qualityimprovement, sales improvement and productivity improvement

  • Keeping upto date with industry trends, systems and best practice.

  • Training andcoaching of employees to enhance performance.

  • Demonstratingan awareness of health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Minimum 2years experience in the same role in a 5* Hotel or from a reputedrestaurant

  • Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal

  • Knowledge inLebanese/Arabic cuisine

  • Ability towork irregulars hours, in restaurant or food and beverage management, lateevenings and weekends when appropriate.
