As GuestService Manager , you will be responsible to oversee and direct all aspects

of front office operations, ensures efficient, warm and friendly service

fostering excellent customer relations with guests.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:

1.Supervises

all front desk services and personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial,

efficient and personalized service.

2.Authorizes

rate and room changes, paid outs, rebates, cash advances, acceptance of

cheques, on basis of established procedures.

3.Coordinates

with security in the investigations of irregularities and undesirable guests,

assists with filling out loss and incident report according to company policy.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Technical skills:

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

· Expertise in the field of tourism and particularly in the sector of Front Office.

· Desire to work hard for high quality hospitality environment.

· You will work on own initiative, but also be a strong team player.

· Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Be quick, effective and responsible, to achieve results accordingly to business structures, as well as train and drive teams towards shared goals and achievements.

· Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, talkative, guest and quality oriented.
