The role:

This role is focused on developing and delivering training and improving processes to support the Hotel Project Implementation team. Your training creation, development and deliver, will enable our project managers to deliver projects efficiently and effectively across our Global hotel estate.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the Manager of the Methods and Training team in the development of the internal training function

• Creation and enhancement of easy-to-use processes and training materials to support effective project delivery across the Globe

• Designing training modules and content.

• Delivery of training sessions utilising a variety of methods, coaching, classroom, focus groups, webinars etc.

• Maintaining the training records database

• Reviewing and enhancing the process of training delivery and uptake.

What we’re looking for:

Currently in training you have delivered training through face-to-face and online initiatives and be keen to take your experience to the next level.

You will have already had experience of streamlining or enhancing processes and be eager to make a difference in a fast paced, large corporate environment.

Your previous experience will include working with internal stakeholders to ensure the training is in line with existing processes and timeframes.

As you will provide a targeted training curriculum to EMEAA and Global Corporate colleagues to ensure all training gaps are identified and covered, you will be used to co-ordinating multiple training courses for a large audience.

An interest in travel and hotels is and added advantage. Whilst this role is primarily based in Denham you should get the occasionally opportunity to travel within the UK and Europe.
