Overview

We are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to support our Global Marketing Excellence team which consists of Marketing Governance, Marketing Excellence and Agency Management overseeing our Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia (EMEAA) region. You will work with our offices in London, Dubai, Sydney, and Singapore and also working closely with the global team in Atlanta. The role will be based in Denham, UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global and EMEAA marketing resources with the roll-out and adoption of IHG’s Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solution (via Work front software) as well as ongoing support of process evolution and tool usage

  • Work across EMEAA stakeholders to update and maintain a monthly global calendar for the Chief Marketing Officer and her direct reports

  • Support in the running of a Europe or EMEAA-wide weekly integrated marketing forum and a biweekly marketing reporting meeting. Forum to be changed to a global version in the near future.

  • Answer inbound inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders on a variety of initiatives and standards including, but not limited to: marketing processes, MRM tool usage, new programs and projects. Ensure inquiries and requests are resolved or escalated in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Proactively monitor adoption of Workfront

What we are looking for

  • Bachelors degree in a related marketing field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1-2 years’ entry level or administrative support involving marketing or project management.

  • Experience with Workfront or other project management software

  • Effective oral and written communication skills for conveying information to internal and external customers, or providing information via written reports or correspondence.

  • Able to maintain a consistent, high quality customer-focused orientation.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer software to include spreadsheets, word processing, and project management software.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for maintaining the daily flow of office work, answering questions, and resolving issues.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects accurately and with attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated follow-through and ability to complete multiple ongoing projects on time and within specified budget.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information such as forms, project plans, and reports for accurately tracking data and identifying trends or inconsistencies.
