Junior Procurement Sourcing Analyst – Procurement Sourcing & Ops Team

The role:

You’ll be creating and delivering sourcing support activities for the Procurement Sourcing & Ops Team.

The Junior Procurement Sourcing Analyst Will own the delivery of straightforward sourcing projects and process improvement on sourcing activity

Key responsibilities:

• Support and, in some circumstances, manage several compliant sourcing projects across a variety of categories within allocated timeframes

• Support Procurement Specialists and Sourcing managers in delivery of projects

• Project manage all sourcing or sourcing support tasks throughout delivery lifecycle

• Provide support to projects generally across the whole Procurement Sourcing & Operations team

• Ensure all reporting tools are updated in line with specified timelines

• Coordinate and deliver e-sourcing process build and management for category team

• Manage and prioritise individual workload within agreed team deadlines

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a Junior Procurement Sourcing Analyst that is keen to get involved and can hit the ground running. You may be a recent school leaver ready to take your first steps into your career.

You may have some experience in or understanding of how to run a sourcing project. However, you will have understanding of a procurement role in a large blue chip environment

You will be a quick learner, demonstrating a can-do attitude to learning and development personal and professional skills
