Your day to day
We are looking for a Global Leadership Development Manager to support the development and delivery of the Global Leadership Development agenda ensuring that IHG builds the capability of leaders and colleagues to deliver our ambition.
Support the design and development of the Global Leadership development curriculum and solutions – includes leadership solutions to enable our 2X agenda and growth ambition, including the evolvement of existing initiatives such as transformation workouts, learning summits and existing leadership and coaching programmes.
Collaborate with leadership development partners globally, ensuring agreements are current, cost effective and supportive of regional teams to ensure execution of global leadership programmes.
Work with regional learning teams to deliver global programmes and tools (i.e. 2X workouts, core leadership development curriculum)
Build insights and propose opportunities to further strengthen the leadership development capabilities around the world
Collaborate as part of the Global Talent & Diversity team, sharing insights and proposing initiatives to shape the IHG wide Talent strategy.
What we need from you
We are looking for someone with expertise in developing leadership solutions that have contributed to culture shift and built leadership capability across the globe. You will have experience of working in a multinational organisation and have a good understanding of how to navigate a matrix organisation your mindset will be truly global. You will also be comfortable working with multiple psychometrics and diagnostics.
A strong relationship builder you will be able to collaborate at all levels and bring people with you. Finally, you will can influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders and work with business leadership teams.
