Your day to day
On a global scale, you will lead the global volume attraction and recruitment practices across all the early careers offerings, partnering with the IHG internal recruitment and Employer Branding teams to execute our hiring strategy.
Develop and deliver world-class attraction campaigns working in partnership with our marketing agencies and internal employer branding teams to execute these globally.
Implement the global talent strategy for Early Careers hiring, upskilling HR teams and senior leaders on the talent approach.
Design and execute in partnership with the markets volume recruitment strategies and processes utilizing technology to streamline the approach and save costs for our Franchise partners.
Execute effective project management across multiple project workstreams to drive forward the Early Careers agenda.
Utilise systems and create processes that enable talent-management activities to be captured and reported on centrally.
Lead on the early careers social media engagement strategy to raise IHG’s profile and raise awareness of IHG early careers overall.
Engages with Talent Managers and HRBPs to support localised plans to meet our annual targets.
Track ROI & budget against our engagement strategy.
Stay up to date with industry trends through continuous research.
What we are looking for
5-7 years direct HR and talent experience - growing future leaders, assessing capabilities, and building effective succession plans.
Experienced recruiter, with demonstrated ability at delivering volume solutions.
Demonstrated ability at designing and executing an employer brand strategy to drive candidate engagement and conversion to FTE.
Demonstrated track record in driving talent initiatives at scale and increasing business effectiveness.
Strong partnership capabilities - both with HR business partners in the business and with the global talent management community.
Self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient with the ability to work in a matrixed and Global environment.
Experience effectively balancing the needs of the business with the strategies of the company – high level of diplomacy, able to navigate and negotiate internal business and regional needs and concerns.
Strong communicator who possesses strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interactions, build strong relationships in a virtual environment and keep a large number of stakeholders involved.

Demonstrates up to date knowledge of theory and best-practice in key areas including talent-management
Share a passion for building the leadership capacity of the next generation of leaders
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft including; Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Technologically and social media savvy.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
