the moment we are looking for Guest Service Agent Front Office to join our
youthful and dynamic team at Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport. The
Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport is located within minutes of the
Delhi Airport with convenient access to both international and domestic
terminals. With its strategic location and easy access to both Gurgaon and New
Delhi business districts & tourist hotspots, the hotel is ideally equipped
for business, leisure and transit travellers hotel.
You'll be an
integral member of the hotels team. As a Guest service associate you will be responsible for
all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in /
out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with
you will have a High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration,
Hotel Management or equivalent coupled with excellent communications skills,
written & oral proficiency in English and any local language (if
applicable) and presentation skills. One year experience in guest /
customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
