We're recruiting a Reservations Manager to join our team!
Delivery of the overall Accommodation Budget.
Delivery of Monthly revenue conversion target.
Implementation of Revenue Management Strategies.
Maintain/exceed RGI growth within the comp set.
Increase daily ADR in line with budget.
What we need from you
Minimum formal education level or equivalent necessary to perform this job.
B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
8+ years progressive work-related experience in hotel operations management, revenue management or consulting, with at least 3 years experience with reservations systems and revenue management systems, (preferably HOLIDEX Plus and HIRO), which included knowledge and experience in hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization and selling strategies. CHA Certification preferred.
Thorough knowledge of CRS and RMS (HOLIDEX Plus and HIRO preferred) required.
Good understanding of other integrated systems, such as PMS, GDS, CRO tools, Offline Reporting, Internet, etc.
Thorough understanding of hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization and selling strategies required.
Ability to communicate (both written and oral form) technical and strategic information to groups and individuals at all levels of management in a clear and concise manner
Understanding of instructional design principles and practices

3 Years minimum supervisory experience
Excellent written and oral skills required.

Excellent presentation and training skills required.
