Our Human Resources Officer will support the HR Manager in managing all HR and training related activities within the property; taking ownership of recruitment activities to support the HOD’s.
The Human Resources Officer is Responsible for supporting in the compilation, implementation and monitoring of the property’s Human Resources strategy, ensuring the needs of the business are achieved whilst ensuring full compliance with legislative and statutory standards.
Work closely with the HRM, liaising with colleges/schools with regard to visits, placements, and open days. Ensure all new recruits have the required uniform and equipment upon starting and support the HRM with the production of individually tailored induction schedules as necessary .
What we need from you:
We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience within the hospitality industry with strong generalist HR experience, accompanied with excellent training and development skills.

Annual Salary form £18.000- £20,000 Per Annum
40 Hours Per week
28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, this increases up to a maximum of 33 days
