IHG manage the Crowne Plaza Canberra, a centre of prestigious acclaim in the food and beverage sector of Canberra city’s meeting industry. We are seeking an Head Chef to manage the development and smooth operation of the kitchen and stewarding operations across the property.

Renowned for being the place to meet, Crowne Plaza Canberra boasts 295 rooms and an extensive food & beverage operation including Redsalt Restaurant, the Atrium Lounge, Binara One lounge bar and 6 meeting rooms.


To take advantage of this exceptional career opportunity, you will have 2 years experience as a Head Chef or a similar. Armed with a flair for creativity and innovation, you have a proven track record in strategically managing an efficient operation that delivers results. A hands-on manager, you drive a “Winning Ways” culture ensuring your team achieves their full potential through training and development, recruitment and performance management.
