de Partie, as a member of the kitchen team, will assist in preparing food in a

timely manner, helping guests to have memorable experiences whenever and

wherever they dine.

Kitchen team as Demi-chef de Partie ! We're

looking for someone who can:

Prepare, cook ad properly present dishes in accordance

with portion & quality standards specified in recipes

• Monitor stock movement and advise

supervisor of low inventory items

• Assist in receiving items

and taking inventory as


• Ensure minimum kitchen wastage

• Be responsible for

completing your mise-en-place

• Liaise with

the Head Chef/Sous Chef and implement

new menu/dishes

• Maintain a clean, neat and well-organised work area

• Follow safety protocols

• Work as part of a team and communicate in a clear way to

ensure excellent quality and service


Reports to Executive chef, Sous-Chef en Demi-chef de Partie



• Ability to stand for a long

time and move around in the kitchen

• Food preparation experience

• Basic reading, writing and math skills

• Flexibility
