Your day to day
- Manage hotel sales plans to ensure they accurately interpret and support the objectives of the business and use these plans to focus the sales efforts for all market segments.* Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Senior Management Team to identify and drive focused sales activities on elements of the business that require additional support.* Develop and implement sales strategies for the hotel, create and implement tactical plans and ensure revenue goals are achieved. * Regularly sell hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and food and beverage to client contacts* Contribute to the development of company sales initiatives by recommending, implementing and monitoring appropriate local activity* Organize comprehensive information describing the range of products and services offered by the hotel and deliver this information through relevant sales resources and sales channels to existing and potential Guests. * Cooperate with other departments in the hotel, particularly Reservations and the Banqueting Department, to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or any fields, with 4 years’ relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiencePositive attitude and good communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceStrong leadership skills whereas it is evident that you can effectively manage and motivate a team to perform beyond expectationsStrong analytical skills so to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challengesExcellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members Experience in a similar role with a proven track recordKnowledge of local market Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectivesExcellent Thai & English communication both in speaking and writing.
