About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for

an Executive Housekeeper to join our hard working crew! You’ll assist the

Operations Manager in the supervision of the housekeeping and laundry operation

to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is

provided to hotel guests according to hotel objectives.


  • Manage day-to-day staffing requirements

  • Rostering,product orders, conflict management, allocations, training, room checking,responding to guest complaints, catering for VIP’s, return-to-work cases,monitor budget & control expenses


Skills &experience

  • An ability to drive for results, yet care foryour team

  • Experience working with diverse workforce

  • Strong eye for detail

  • At least three year’s cleaning experience

  • Supervisory training/experience
