Your day to day
Lead the strategy, long-term planning, execution and performance of IC Ambassador & Luxury Programmes for IHG and owners.
Create annual business plans, budgets and performance targets to achieve department goals.
Lead the implementation of program-specific strategic initiatives and ensures alignment with the supported regional strategies. Sets program deployment strategies to ensure program standards are maintained and maintains ownershipof program deployment tools.
Delivers to the supported region expertise in loyalty trends and continuous improvement of loyalty program.
Ensures product roadmaps and technical capability is developed to respond to regional needs.
Create compelling luxury culture by leading the continuous management of InterContinental Ambassador Programme and Kimpton Inner Circle, including oversight of in-hotel delivery and member experience.
Seek out insights on competitors and loyalty program trends to improve programs and processes that can strengthen our company’s competitive edge.
Programme management integration of new Luxury brands into the portfolio
Manage 3rd party vendors and marketing agencies in association with Marketing Shared Services
What we need from you
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
Critical Expertise & Experience
8-10 years in hospitality, luxury retail or other consumer-focused sector, preferably within a large multi-national company
Demonstrated strategic proficiency in program management in a Luxury, multi-partner and multi-channel setting, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Experience in engaging cross functional working partnerships in a global organization
Strong decision making, influencing/consensus building and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG revenue goals and bottom-line
Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal and communication skills
5+ years loyalty programme or customer experience management
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Strong drive for results, demonstrated through generating strategy, execution and impact.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the interpretation and translation of market research into actionable information.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of luxury loyalty or recognitionprogrammes.
General understanding of database tools, data warehousing and data mining.
Demonstrated proficiency in identifying, directing and developing effective marketing creative and copy.
