This exciting role acts as the guardian of brand content and collateral. The Associate Brand Manager will coordinate and/or assist in the implementation of global brand initiatives. This role will ensure effective implementation of initiatives and serve as primary contact with internal services, external agencies and hotels for related projects. A successful candidate for this role will o ptimize all available channels, resources and communication vehicles and make tactical recommendations to meet objectives. Lastly, coordinate production of promotional and program materials.

Your day to day

Education - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 2 to 5 years progressive work related experience in corporate brand marketing environment. Experience should include exposure to global brand management processes, products and/or communications. Experience working across a global and/or diverse culture is preferred. Exposure to multiple business functions, as well as experience involving a marketing focus in a multi-brand environment is desirable. Technical Skills and Knowledge - Demonstrated knowledge of brand management concepts. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, management and staff. Good organizational and time management skills. Effective communications and interpersonal skills. General knowledge of hotel systems and operations beneficial. Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. Knowledge or exposure to branding and brand management, including research methodology and design (basic measurement and statistics). What we need from you


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.


2 to 5 years progressive work related experience in a corporate marketing environment with demonstrated proficiency in one or more functions related to position, including multiple project management and creative development.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated clear, concise and succinct communication skills, including adapting both verbal and written communications to the needs and level of user. Demonstrated ability to communicate supportive program details (presentation, analysis) to present a persuasive argument or to effectively negotiate a position.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the relevant labor market, economic conditions, and industry trends. Demonstrated ability to analyze these factors and draw logical conclusions.

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and track multiple projects at one time. Demonstrated organizational skills and follow-through in tracking ongoing processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent, high-quality customer-focused organization.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles.

  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills, and ability to use the results of analysis to make effective program-related decisions.


  • Majority of work is performed in a normal office environment.

  • Some travel required (generally less than 20%).
