Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South
opened 6 years ago in the Business District of Amsterdam and only 10 minutes
from the City Centre. A beautiful modern designed hotel with 207 rooms, 6
banqueting rooms a bar, restaurant and Club Lounge.
SALES/ SENIOR ACCOUNTMANAGER – CORPORATE SEGMENT
We are completely connected……….
·You will beresponsible for the corporate segment of the hotel;
·Clientacquisition, sales calls, sales blitzes and identifying new business is musicto your ears;
·You will beresponsible for account management to make sure we remain the preferred hotelsfor all our clients;
·You monitorand evaluate local, national, international trends and competition to make surewe can offer all our guests and clients what they need;
·You willestablish and maintain strong relationships with clients and continuouslyexplore new opportunities.
·You need to truly know your guests / clients, their names, theirpreferences, their individual needs and their business needs. You will meetwith them regularly, as well as attend trade fairs and networking events, anduse your personality to promote our hotel, restaurant and bar to drivebusiness.
·You’ll need to travel and plan these activities across the year so wewill give you a budget to help with this.
·You are driven, experienced and have a track record of achievingtargets.
·You are responsible for the monthly production reports and help with thebudget making year over year.
·Evaluatemarket demand by utilising available reports – both internal and externalincluding market share, market conditions and competitive pricing.
·Create,implement and execute a rolling sales plan.
·You assistthe (Assistant) Director of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks.

Who are you?
·You have atleast one year of work experience in a similar position or a few years asaccount manager in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on thecorporate segment;
·You havegreat computer skills and preferably PMS system knowledge as well (e.g. OPERA);
·You arepro-active, customer focused and result driven;
·You thrivethrough the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel;
·You are eagerto learn and grow;
·You areenergetic, enthusiastic, creative and have an entrepreneurial spirit;
