Your day to day
As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll manage Food and Beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You will have full accountability and authority for entire F&B performance, while achieving key deliverables: profit, unmatched service standards, colleague engagement, and operational excellence. You will also spearhead market repositioning of Outlets and create innovative concepts to drive revenue and footfall.
What we need from you
For this role, you must have Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred and advanced training in food and beverage operations plus 2 years related experience preferably in a facility of similar size and complexity, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have good communication skills (written and spoken English).
